From skeptic to believer
The staff was genuinely nice and made great efforts to ensure a good experience despite the hiccups. I appreciated the conversation during check-in, which kept me engaged.
My room had persistent issues, including bed bugs, which led to my early departure without assistance for alternative accommodations. The cleanliness of the hotel overall needs urgent attention.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
I found the staff to be friendly during my stay. The double room provided enough space for a family, although cleanliness could be a priority. I recommend checking for room conditions, especially with the amenities. Nice microwave but better maintenance needed.

Had a great time with friends at the hotel! We went to a local escape room and enjoyed the nearby lakes. The staff was really helpful, and the rooms were super clean. Plus, the easy access to common areas made hanging out a blast. Perfect spot for friends traveling together!
However, I noticed some maintenance issues in the bathroom that could be improved.

The room was surprisingly clean, and we had a comfy bed that helped us sleep like logs. The efficient security system put my mind at ease—felt safe!
But I swear the bathroom fixtures must've come from a yard sale! And looking for the light switch in the dark was quite the adventure!

Not suitable for families
The staff was nice when checking in, took extra time to make sure we were set up right---even conversed with me to ease the tension, you know?
It wasn’t exactly a steal, but it’s what we had to work with.

great stops for park views and culture nearby
I loved that the hotel was quiet yet close to multiple attractions like the Community Council for the Arts just a short stroll away, and I enjoyed visiting the beautiful park. it really made my weekend explorations so much more fulfilling and relaxing as a single traveler. Plus, the good location allowed me to easily explore sites like Grainger Stadium and enjoy outdoor time at Lion's Water Adventure. both are under 5 km away!

Dangerous Night in a Bug-Infested Lair
And the staff was actually friendly, but it doesn’t make up for the horror of my room experience.
It was pricey for what we endured, but I guess that’s the risk you take sometimes.
